While you are in China

  • Appointments, airport pickup, local transport and interpretation are coordinated around the care plan.
  • A coordinator helps you understand admission steps, test schedules, consent documents and discharge instructions.
  • Recovery support can include hotel selection, companion logistics, diet guidance and selected TCM or rehabilitation services.

After you return home

  • We help collect discharge summaries, invoices, reports and translated key documents when needed.
  • Follow-up questions are routed to the China provider when available.
  • We encourage patients to keep their home physician involved for long-term monitoring and medication decisions.
